Gaia offers individual and family therapy for school age children, adolescents and adults. Gaia has experience serving individuals and families navigating anxiety, depression, traumatic stress, as well as changes and challenges in families, school and work. Gaia works collaboratively with clients and families to build upon existing strengths and find strategies to cope. Gaia also offers Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.
