Helen works from a collaborative position identifying client strengths and community resources to assist clients in reaching their goals. Helen has worked with children and their families in many contexts providing therapy, consultation, and supervision. Helen works with people across the lifespan who are facing challenges, transitions, and stressors including divorce, post-divorce conflict, stepfamily & blended family problems, school problems, adoption, illness, work stress, abuse, marital conflict and personal loss.
