Children | Adolescents | Individuals

Leigh provides compassionate, integrative care for children ages 5+, adolescents, and adults facing anxiety, stress, depression, dysregulation, trauma, and related challenges. Building genuine connection is central to her work, creating the safety clients need to feel seen, heard, valued, and supported in finding ease, balance, and wholeness.
Life brings challenges at every age, from school, relationships, and family dynamics to health concerns, transitions, and daily responsibilities. Leigh draws on her background as a former elementary/middle school teacher and Certified Yoga Therapist to offer trauma-informed mind-body tools that support present-moment awareness and nervous system regulation.
Leigh uses creativity, clinical knowledge, and strength-based practices to help clients build awareness, emotional regulation, and resilience. Through movement, breath, play, mindfulness, art, and sensory-based tools, children and adults learn to understand their inner experiences, express their needs, and develop self-compassion. One of Leigh’s greatest joys is being able to walk alongside, offer support, and empower clients with lifelong resilience skills.
