Dr. Thorington has been practicing in NH for over 40 years. He has specialized training in Family Systems, Rational Emotive Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Adlerian Psychology. He incorporates mindfulness and wellness approaches in the counseling process and has a subspecialty in Substance Use Recovery counseling. Dr. Thorington also has some formal background in Christian Counseling approaches for those who formally specify it and experience with multi cultural/ethnic diversity as it may relate to the counseling process.
